I will require ID from the primary guest. I might require a £150 refundable house rules fees prior to check-in. This is refunded after post checkout inspection and subject to compliance to house rules: no smoking policy, no unauthorized extra guests, no noise/laud music during quiet times 8pm - 8am, no parties.
Guests have full access to the entire apartment. Please note that we only supply beds and bedding for the number of guests that have been booked.
I provide a 24-hour self-check-in service. A code will be provided for the key lock, and thereafter, I can be reached via message or phone calls in emergencies.
We offer a range of extras to make your stay even easier: Early check-in/Late check-out (£10/hr), pet cleaning fee (£20), travel cot hire (£20), mid-stay cleaning (£35), and extra linen/towels (£10). Need groceries pre-stocked or luggage storage? Just let us know in advance, and we’ll do our best to arrange it.
